 All sales from our Website are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow returns or changes. Please keep in mind that colors, shapes or sizes may appear different in person than in any designs or mock ups provided by Devi Accessories to the customer in advance, due to various differences in, for example, the lighting, the materials selected by the customer and the finish of the product. Any items we sell on the Website are custom made to suit your specific needs. Items cannot be replaced or exchanged for any reason.

In the event that the item you received is defective or is damaged as a result of actions beyond your control, we reserve the right to process refunds or exchanges at our sole discretion.
